THE WITNESS (SHAHED) -AUDIENCE AWARD AT VENICE BIENNALE 2024

Following its premiere at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, THE WITNESS (SHAHED) by Nader Saeivar, co-written and edited by Jafar Panahi, has been awarded the Armani Beauty Audience Award in the Orizzonti Extra section. The Austrian premiere was at the Viennale’24, theatrical release in Austria is planned for May 2025.

The film is a co-production of German Arthood Film, Golden Girls Film and Sky films.
